Report or block a user

Use the report or block controls available from the relevant user profile, message, or content menu. Reports are reviewed for safety and Community Guidelines violations. Blocking limits interaction and visibility between accounts.

Delete your account

In ChallengeWell, open Account Settings, select Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot access your account, email support from the address associated with it.

Report a bug

Email us with the steps that caused the problem, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots are helpful when they do not expose private information.

Urgent situations

ChallengeWell is not an emergency or medical service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
